All our dress which shown on the Alibaba Web are our own designs and real dresses, we exhibited all of them duiring our Foreignal Exhibitions.

1. Material Union Fashion Dress Co., Ltd Usually Use:

Fabric: imported high quality thick bridal satin (such as 4810,395 satin). Other fabrics we use include duchesse satin, Shantung silk, charmeuse, chiffon, taffeta, tulle, organza, velvet etc. If customers require using other fabrics such as silk satin, cotton, we have no problem to accommodate customers needs.

Beads : for rhinestones, we only use Swarovski Crystals and Czech Diamonds.

For other Beads: we only use Japan made MATSUNO glass beads, bugle beads, seed beads, etc.

2.Minimum Order

Minimum Order of Wedding dress is 12pcs/style/colour/mix sizes.

Minimum Order of Evening dress, Flower Girl dress and Mother Dress of Bride is 24pcs/style/colour/mix sizes

3. Lead Time

The lead time for bridal gown is 30-35 days,

and 25-30 days for other dresses.

For orders which over 800 pieces of bridal gowns, Lead time should be negotiated in detail to meet our workshop and customers schedule and arrange to ship punctually.

4.Packaging

Carton Size: 46*35.8*51.3CM for folded package,

For Bridal Gown, one piece one polyester bag, and 5 pieces to one carton!

For Evening Gown, one piece one polyester bag, and 20 pieces to one carton!

For Fower Firl Gown, one piece one polyester bag, and 20 piece to one carton!

For Mother Dress of Bride, one piece one polyester bag, and 20 pieces to one carton!

5. Shipping :

Courier : courier is fast, but expensive. Delivery time usually is only 2-3 days to worldwide. Shipping cost for 1 bridal gown, is around USD $55, but if 5pcs or more bridal gowns are shipped together, the cost for each dress could be down to USD $38.

Air Cargo: Air cargo cost much less than courier but deliver time is longer. AIr cargo is a good shipping method for large order volume.

Boat Cargo: Boat Cargo will be the cheapest way to ship goods, but it will take a long time duiring delivery, about 20-30 days.

6. Custom Design :

If you cant find a style you like in our collection , we can make dresses in your own design. You can send us pictures patterns, even sketches of your design or other styles you like, and we would make replicas by you r specifications. After finish we will take detailed photos and email them to you to check them advancely, then send the ready goods to you. If you are not satisfied, we will make modify the goods until you are satisfied with them.

7. Private Labeling:

We could place your private label on any of your orders. Private label is charged extraly.

8. Payment Method and Payment Term:

The payment methods we accept include T/T , L/C at sight, Western Union.

As for the payment terms of bulk order, it could be discussed in further detail.

For sample order: 100% value paid before production upon receipt of the Proforma Invoice.

For the Re-order: 50% value paid before production upon receipt of Proforma Invoice, and 50% paid before shipment.
