One,
Fabric: We usually use 4810 satin, 395 satin or 375 satin which are imported from Taiwan. Other Fabrics are chiffon, taffeta, organza, velvet charmeuse, organza and so on. If necessary or customer requires, silk satin or other TOP-quality fabric we will use. On all accounts, we will try our best to take care of our customers' requirement and needs.
Beads: as for rhinestones, we only use Swarovski Cristal and Czech Diamonds;
Beads: as for common beads, we only use Japan made MATSUNO glass beads, bugle beasd, seed beads, pearl beads, etc.

Two,
The lead time for bridal gown is 35-40 days.
And 30 days for other dresses, such as bridesmaid dresses, evening dresses, bridal mother dresses and prom dresses.
For order which over 1000 pieces of two bridal gowns,led time should be negotiated based on our workshop's production schedule and clients' requirement.

Three,
Shipping:
Courier: courier is faster and safer, but expensive. Delivery time usually is only 2-3 days to worldwide.Shipping cost for 1 bridal gown, is around USD $55, but if 5 or more bridal gowns are shipping together, the cost for each dress could be down to USD $38.
Air Cargo: the cost of air cargo is much less then courier, but delivery time is longer. Air cargo is a good shipping way for large volume order.

Four:
If you can't find a interested style in our collection, please let us know, we can make dresses according to your design. You can send us pictures' patterns, even the sketches or other styles you like, and we can make replicas according to your specification. After finish we will take detailed photos to you, you can check the dresses advancely via photos, and we will modify the dresses if you you are not satisfied.  At last, the dresses will be sent to you till you are satisfactory with the dresses.

Five:
Terms of payment,
the terms of payment ,we accept T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union. For small orders' payment terms could be discussed in further.
For sample order: 100% value paid before production upon receipt our Proforma Invoice.
For the re-order: 50% value paid before production upon receive our Proforma Invoice, and rest balance paid before shipment.
We do provide free sample dresses, applicant should provide us a copy of your business licence. We are not resonsible for shipping cost.
