One, fabric: We usually use 4810 satin, 395 satin or 375 satinwhichare imported from taiwan.other fabrics are chiffon, taffeta, organza, velvet, organza and so on.If necessary or customer requires, silk satin or other top-grade fabric we will use.In all, we will try our best to care for our customers' requirements and needs.
Beads : for rhinestones, we only use Swarovski Crystals and Czech Diamonds.
Beads: we only use Japan made MATSUNO glass beads, bugle beads, seed beads, etc.
Two, the lead time for bridal gown is 35-40 days, and 25-30 days for other dresses. For orders with over 100 pieces of bridal gowns, Lead time should be negotiated in detail to meet customers schedule.
Three, shipping. Courier : courier is fast, but expensive. Delivery time usually is only 2-3 days to worldwide. Shipping cost for 1 bridal gown, is around USD $55, but if 5 or more bridal gowns are shipped together, the cost for each dress could be down to USD $38.
Air Cargo: Air cargo cost much less than courier but deliver time is longer. Ir cargo is a good shipping method for large order volume.
Four, if you cant find a style you like in our collection , we can make dresses in your own design. You can send us pictures patterns, even sketches of your design or other styles you like, and we would make replicas by you r specifications. After finish we will take detailed photos and email them to you, or send the dress to you. If you are not satisfied, then we will make adjustment until you are satisfied.
Five, the payment methods we accept include T/T , L/C at sight, Western Union, for the small order payment term could be discussed in further detail.
For sample order: 100% value paid before production upon receipt our checking list.
For the Re-order: 50% value paid before production upon receipt our Checking list, and 50% paid before shipment.
We do provide free sample dress, applicant should provide us a copy of your business license. We are not responsible for shipping cost.
